Mortlocks Lawyers is a family-run law firm based in Ilam, Christchurch. The firm, first named Hensley Mortlock, was established in 1963 when Paul Mortlock went into partnership with Len Hensley. Paul was later joined in partnership by his three children, Lucy, Guy and James.

Mortlocks provides a wide variety of general legal expertise, including advising on residential, rural and commercial property, sales and purchases of businesses, leases, family trusts, estates, wills, powers of attorney, relationship property and other legal issues.

After the Christchurch earthquakes damaged our central city offices, we moved to convenient new premises in Ilam which provide easy access and car parking for our clients.
